Exhibitors, please note that you will be back in plenty of time for the Tabletop event.

Friday Afternoon Fun

Scavenger Hunt

Friday, October 21, 2011
1:00pm - 3:00pm

Much like the hit television show, The Amazing Race, and the infamous NRA Naples Beach Party, participating teams will follow clues to destinations in the immediate area. All teams will receive identical packets of information and maps in order to make it to the specific locations on the resort property. Once the teams arrive at each destination, they will have to complete a “challenge,” and after the race, the teams will tell their adventure stories and share their pictures.

Don’t let your company miss out on this event! Start putting your team together now for the Scavenger Hunt…the ultimate in competitive fun! Please contact Marty Covert at 703.533.8571 or co@martycovert.com to get your team signed up.

Cost: Participation in this event is free.

Friday Afternoon Pool Party

Friday, October 21, 2011
2:00pm - 4:00pm

If you’re planning on participating in the Scavenger Hunt…OR if you simply don’t have any plans on Friday afternoon, please join us for the Pool Party, which will be reminiscent of last year’s beach party. Come in your swimwear or casual wear and relax by the pool with the rest of the gang!

Cost: Participation in this event is free.

Optional Tours

Cattle Drive

Thursday, October 20, 2011
12:00pm - 5:00pm

Experience the thrill of the old west as you saddle up and actually “drive” 125 head of cattle gathered from over 30,000 acres of some of the most beautiful ranch landscape in the Sonoran desert. Guided by experienced wranglers, you’ll be provided a thorough overview of the activity, especially as it relates to safety, before embarking upon your adventure. While real cowboys will ride along to observe and offer advice, it will be up to you to collectively herd and move the pack from the starting point to the final destination. There is a 230 pound weight restriction for this event. Participants must sign a liability waiver form upon activity registration, and are encouraged to use all recommended safety equipment.

Cost: $235 per person. (no refunds available after September 12, 2011)

Recommended Attire: Please wear long pants and casual, closed toe shoes for this activity.
